Key findings:

- Of participating organisations, four in ten report their progress against measurable objectives for Leadership Team ethnic diversity. Over half have initiatives for increasing ethnic diversity in their Leadership Teams and half specify ethnic diversity in Leadership Team succession planning.
- Nine in ten of participating organisations have a process to ensure employees with disabilities and long-term conditions have the adjustments they require at work. However, only 58% have communicated and engaged with the workforce on why disability inclusion is important to the organisation.
