- There is a clear opportunity for employee benefits consultants in tandem with insurance providers to step up and help employers to support staff with poor mental health.
- 32% of employers are offering specialist training or courses to help employees cope with work pressures, with 52% believing it should be introduced in their organisation.
- The tools that employers believe will have the biggest impact on enhancing employee resilience are mental health awareness and training (79%), financial education programmes (71%) and flexible working (67%).
