Employees will soon start to reach retirement with most of their savings in defined contribution (DC) schemes. They need help with vital decision-making, says Ben Roe, senior partner and head of DC consulting at Aon.
Roe says: “Individuals have often been auto-enrolled, with investment decisions and contribution decisions made for them, but they are then left to go it alone at retirement.”
