How GSK is transforming the employee experience globally
GSK is focusing on enabling a high performance, sustainable workforce and is making changes at pace via the use of AI. Aligned to this, the HR, reward, benefits and wellbeing teams have been challenged to transform the employee experience globally.
Global experience owner, performance and reward, Joanne Rees, and Dr Amanda Bunten, global head of employee health and wellbeing, will be discussing the journey they are on in the Global Opening Keynote at the REBA Congress on 18 June 2026.
They will share an honest perspective on how they are using a thinking-led mindset to change the local, regional and global reward approach, to one that is human experience led across all countries.
Although the transformation is still in progress, Rees and Bunten will be open about what has worked to date, what has had to pause and be rethought, and what is coming next. In particular, they will focus on the changing operational model for health and wellbeing, and how they are using AI to move the dial on data and outcomes.
