Centrica, Mind and Unilever on ensuring long-term positive change in working practices post COVID-19

An expert panel, featuring senior reward professionals and experts in workplace wellbeing, debated how to ensure the legacy of COVID-19 has a long-term positive change on future working practices and benefits strategies.

REBA's Employee Wellbeing Congress panel included: Dame Carol Black, principal of Newnham College Cambridge, expert adviser on health and work to NHSI and PHE, and chairman of the Governance Board of the Centre for Workforce Intelligence; Paul Farmer CBE, chief executive at Mind; Vish Buldawoo, VP global benefits & wellbeing at Centrica; and, Nicola Wells, global reward director at Unilever.
