REBA looks to the future with appointment of new Advisory Board
REBA has unveiled the members of it latest Advisory Board who are charged with representing the rewards and benefits community for the next two years.
The Advisory Board brings together leading experts and senior professionals who will feed into key industry themes and influence the focus and direction of REBA events, research and content through insights and expertise.
REBA’s director and co-founder Debi O’Donovan, said: “We are delighted to welcome new Board members. Having a strong Advisory Board of in-house practitioners representing a range of sectors as well medium to large employers, ensures REBA will truly enable members to advance their knowledge, source and connect with market leading vendors, and be prepared for what's coming over the horizon.”
Over the next two years, REBA will be focused on the key themes of:
- employee health and wellbeing
- responsible reward and pay
- diversity, inclusion and culture
- international reward and global mobility
- innovative benefit strategies
- data and technology.
The Board members will be called upon to share their knowledge and insights through interviews, webinars and even as panellists at REBA events. They will also be involved in high level discussions around specific themes to help shape REBA projects and research.
“We look forward to our membership getting to know them better as they take part in our interviews, webinars and events,” added O’Donovan.
REBA’s Advisory Board 2024-26
Professor Dame Carol Black
Professor Dame Carol Black GBE FRCP FMed Sci. Dame Carol is currently the government’s independent advisor on drug misuse. She is also Chair of the British Library, the Centre for Ageing Better, and Think Ahead, the government’s fast-stream training programme for Mental Health Social Workers.
She is a member of RAND Europe’s Council of Advisers and Commonwealth Secretary-General’s Special Envoy on Ageing Well.
In 2019 she completed a seven-year term as Principal of Newnham College in Cambridge University where she was a Deputy Vice-chancellor.
She is a past President of the Royal College of Physicians of the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges past Chair of the Nuffield Trust for Health Policy and a previous trustee of the National Portrait Gallery.
Ant Donaldson
Ant has worked for specialist trade merchants Wolseley UK Group since 2021 in the role of reward manager. His responsibilities include leading on all aspects of employee benefits, pensions and company car schemes across the UK and Ireland. Prior to this, he managed E.ON UK’s reward and benefits activity for several years, including developing the E.ON Group’s first global employee benefits strategy.
Peter Frampton
Peter Frampton is the Head of Talent, Performance and Reward, and Global HRBPs with Teneo, based in London.
Prior to Teneo, Peter spent over 20 years in banking in international roles across Operations and Human Resources. For the last nine years, he has built his expertise in Performance Management and Reward, launching innovative and effective approaches to pay-for-performance at both the individual and business level. Central to this is using data to drive decision making, including insights derived from continuous employee listening and feedback.
Earlier in his career, Peter helped build a market-leading People Analytics function, which included the early adoption in HR of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing capabilities.
Peter is passionate about making a difference – helping people, businesses and charities to achieve their goals and full potential. He is currently the Chair of Allergy UK and is a trustee at a fast-growing Multi-Academy Trust.
