REBA looks to the future with appointment of new Advisory Board
REBA has unveiled the members of it latest Advisory Board who are charged with representing the rewards and benefits community for the next two years.
The Advisory Board brings together leading experts and senior professionals who will feed into key industry themes and influence the focus and direction of REBA events, research and content through insights and expertise.
REBA’s director and co-founder Debi O’Donovan, said: “We are delighted to welcome new Board members. Having a strong Advisory Board of in-house practitioners representing a range of sectors as well medium to large employers, ensures REBA will truly enable members to advance their knowledge, source and connect with market leading vendors, and be prepared for what's coming over the horizon.”
Over the next two years, REBA will be focused on the key themes of:
- employee health and wellbeing
- responsible reward and pay
- diversity, inclusion and culture
- international reward and global mobility
- innovative benefit strategies
- data and technology.
The Board members will be called upon to share their knowledge and insights through interviews, webinars and even as panellists at REBA events. They will also be involved in high level discussions around specific themes to help shape REBA projects and research.
