Employee wellbeing is reshaping the employee experience
We’re in the midst of an exciting–sometimes daunting–time of change that will continue to evolve the experience of work:
- It is creating new flexible patterns of working.
- It will cause the redesign of future cities and commuting.
- It will allow a wider range of people, by age, location and diversity to be part of a workforce.
This new experience of work will:
- Redefine recruitment and retention differentiators
- And drive a sustainable future for both employees and their organisations.
This means that the here and now has never been a more exciting–or difficult–time to re-shape and re-design reward and benefits strategies.
Embedding employee welfare and wellbeing at the heart of organisations will provide the ultimate experience advantage that businesses need today.
REBA’s Wellbeing Congress welcomed Bruce Daisley, workplace culture and future of work thought leader, to kick-start the day. He highlighted how employers need to rethink work to ensure it enables people to perform at their best, unhindered.
Throughout the conference delegates were able to enjoy an array of sessions covering topics from how to build financial resilience to the move towards hyper-personalisation and how the EVP is being redefined to be more human-centric.
To round off the day, REBA welcomed presenter and women’s health advocate Davina McCall for a lively Q&A session covering addiction, mental health and, of course, the menopause.
We at REBA would like to give a big thank you to all of the delegates, speakers, roundtable hosts, employer panellists, workshop participants and exhibitors.
If you didn’t get to chat to any of our fabulous sponsors please reach out and contact them here. The videos of the sessions will also be available soon - watch this space!
We can’t wait for next year’s REBA Wellbeing Congress on 20th June 2024!
