Video: Jane Gibbon of Just Eat on harmonising global benefits following acquisitions


Jane Gibbon, global reward director at Just Eat, explains how her organisation has grown through acquisition and what that meant for its total reward strategy.

Gibbon outlines how the organisation was previously working in silos and was not taking advantage of its global scale.

“When I arrived at Just Eat – just over a year ago – the first thing we did was to assess what it was that was in place and to zoom right out and create that philosophy that supported our employment proposition,” she says.

She goes on to explain how she and her team went about harmonising the company’s benefits on a global scale.

Jane Gibbon is speaking at this year’s Innovation Day on putting mental wellbeing at the centre of the total reward proposition to enhance the employee experience. Innovation Day is taking place on 28 November in London. Complimentary places are available for Professional Members of REBA.
