Using Strategic Recognition to Drive Workplace Culture Goals

Dig into the latest Gallup and Workhuman research to uncover how recognition reinforces company culture, in parallel with core values.

 

This private event will explore how employees experience their organisation’s day-to-day culture is hugely important, and a connection to culture drives professional and personal results, and strengthens resilience in times of change.

Key discussion points will include:

  • What approach and initiatives do you have in place to foster social connection at individual, team and workplace levels?
  • Getting leadership and line manager buy in: assigning exec roles and supporting them to champion recognition by modelling desired behaviours
  • What does a blueprint for social recognition success look like and how can you apply this to your organisation?
  • Defining your metrics for success – identify what success means for your organisation, set the right targets, measure for impact and respond to employee feedback
  • What does recognition feel like for your employees – is it consistent across the entire organisation?
