Invitation-only breakfast workshop
8.15am – 9.15am GMT, 24 November 2022 ‐ 1 hour
Invitation-only breakfast workshop
The aim of the workshop: To put Reward and Benefits Leaders on the front foot with their CFOs in the face of a period of economic contraction. It will ensure that participants remain credible in a rapidly changing environment.
The business environment is shifting fast due to changing economic circumstances. While the future is hard to predict, the cost of doing business could quickly flip to where reward and benefits directors need to focus their attention during 2023.
In this workshop we will horizon scan probable scenarios linked to economics, demographics and changing national infrastructure that could impact your working populations.
In discussion groups of no more than eight people, delegates will then explore which benefits are most effective to counter-balance tight pay budgets, and which will make the biggest difference to the lives of employees.
Key areas:
Any invitation enquiries or questions contact [email protected] - The workshop is for Head of Reward and Benefits only.
