Join David Bator, managing director of Achievers Workforce Institute, for an exclusive look at the 2025 State of Recognition report in part 1 of the Employee Recognition Masterclass series.

In 2025, employee recognition runs the risk of disappearing from the workplace.

Achievers' State of Recognition report, found that just 19% of employees say they’re recognised weekly, down significantly from 29% in 2024. Recognition from managers – which has the largest impact on trust, commitment, and belonging – also dropped from 20% to just 15% in the last year.

This session, part one of the Masterclass Series hosted by David Bator, managing director at Achievers Workforce Institute, will unpack the latest trends shaping the employee experience and highlight what’s helping cultures thrive (and what’s holding them back). It will cover:

  • The latest research on employee recognition, engagement, and retention
  • Why recognition needs a reset and how organisations can shift their approach in 2025
  • Recognition best practices that move the needle on engagement, belonging, commitment, and productivity.
