Bethan Dacey of Metlife on the impact of Covid-19 on employee wellbeing services

Bethan Dacey senior client relationship manager for MetLife and Clare Nowell client experience manager at Health Assured, speaking at REBA’s virtual Employee Wellbeing Congress, discussed how the pandemic has impacted employee wellbeing services.

Clare discussed how the impact on organisations has been 'vast and varied' across all organisations, but a common thread has been an increased focus on workplace wellbeing and the services that are offered. Bethan highlighted three key areas of focus for employers and shared examples of how her clients have been responding to the wellbeing challenges faced by the pandemic.
