About the research
Using REBA’s extensive membership, the insight team conducted an online survey between November 2025 and January 2026 to produce the full 40-page Health and Wellbeing Research 2026. The robust methodology uncovered clear future trends and decision-making patterns among the 236 respondents, representing 1.4 million employees.
