REBA’s latest research report, conducted in partnership with Howden Employee Benefits, shows drivers of change and actions for businesses as they evolve their multinational and global strategies.

It’s an issue that is top of mind, with 69% of the participants in our recent webinar on this topic saying their multinational benefits strategy is only partly, or in the early stages, of being established.

For multinational businesses that are still growing their international presence, a joined-up benefits strategy that connects to wider HR and business goals is still an ambition, while more established organisations face ongoing challenges around data, communication and managing benefits consistently across an array of cultures and legislation.

This research looks closely at these two sets of employers, to provide insights into the crucial next steps they need to take to further develop their multinational benefits strategy. It also covers:

  • How employers are advancing their multinational and global benefits to be more employee-centric
  • The areas of multinational benefits data and technology employers are prioritising
  • The multinational and/or global benefits gaining traction.
