Webinar: shifts in employee behaviours that will lead to new wellbeing practices 2020 to 2025

As the response to the coronavirus crisis continues to evolve and change, REBA’s running series of webinars turns to the future. In this latest instalment, watch reward professionals from Asda, Epson Europe BV, The Telegraph and Bupa as they discuss what employee wellbeing practices will look like in the years ahead.

In this 11th webinar REBA’s panel consider how to put people and wellbeing at the centre of work design to create a thriving corporate culture; in particular, they consider how behaviours have evolved during the pandemic and how they can encourage employees to maintain these positive changes.

Other issues contemplated by REBA’s experts included using wellbeing to mitigate inequality, how data can be better utilised, and what wellbeing initiatives need to be reviewed in light of our new normal.

Many thanks to REBA’s speaker panel who shared their perspectives and answered viewer questions as best as they could:

  • Ethan Kelly-Wilson, senior HR manager EMEAR at Epson Europe BV
  • Jamie Lawson, senior manager of reward at ASDA
  • James Whittaker, head of reward at The Telegraph
  • Alaana Linney, commercial director, Health Clinics at Bupa.

As a natural progression from our popular webinar series, we're hosting REBA's Big Conversation on Friday 26th June.

This virtual roundtable event will take the discussion to the next level, exploring unanswered questions from previous webinars and tackling new challenges on key topics as lockdown continues to change.

As a senior reward and benefits professional, you can request your complimentary invitation by emailing us here.

At this difficult time, we at REBA feel that it is vital the reward and employee benefits community comes to together to share ideas and experiences, and to understand that each of us is not alone in dealing with these complex issues in difficult circumstances.
