Personal Group, in collaboration with Criticaleye and Debi O’Donovan from REBA, conducted a series of 10 interviews with CEOs and senior leaders from across the UK economy to compile this whitepaper. The aim was to see if these leaders agreed that productivity and employee engagement are linked.
