Help REBA understand how working carers' wellbeing is being addressed in the workplace

REBA is excited to announce that its 5th annual survey of Employee Wellbeing, with AXA PPP healthcare, is open for reward and benefits directors to complete.

This wide-ranging survey explores many different aspects of wellbeing in the workplace - including how the wellbeing of working carers is being addressed. With your help we will deliver in-depth data analysis and insight that explores how businesses across the UK are planning to expand their wellbeing strategies to benefit employees and enrich business practice.

The report will provide vital data enabling you to benchmark your own activity and wellbeing spend, as well as supporting you in identifying priorities and justifying future expenditure.

Input from REBA members and their peers formed the basis for our informed, insightful wellbeing report in 2019 that has helped reward and benefits directors, employers and government understand and react to the rapid pace of change in workplace wellbeing.

This is your chance to be part of the next exciting phase of our research. Building on the findings from 2019, the 2020 report will explore how workplace wellbeing is evolving beyond tick boxes and into integrated strategies that reshape company culture for the long term. This will be backed up by contributions from government, blue chip employers and other organisational experts.

It should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete and the closing date for the survey is Friday 31 January 2020.
