REBA is carrying out new research to give members a detailed insight into how other UK employers are developing and delivering their pay and pensions strategies.

This independent report will give detailed data and unique insight and it is free to participants.

Topics covered include:

  1. The major factors driving pay and pensions strategies
  2. How reward budgets are split between pay, benefits and pensions
  3. How government initiatives, like the National Living Wage and reduced pension allowances, are influencing pay and pension strategy decisions
