As the population ages, close to 8 million people are stuck on NHS waitlists for chronic illness and almost 3 million people are on long term sickness. Businesses face an often hidden but growing challenge: soaring numbers of long term sick employees and increasing demands of adult care on employees, particularly working carers. Join this session to understand how to reduce reliance on Private Medical Insurance and Group Income Protection, explore why building a future-ready workforce means investing in inclusive DEI strategies that address adult care needs. And why this isn't about elderly care, but ADULT care.
