As the EU Pay Transparency Directive reshapes the landscape of pay equity reporting and introduces pay transparency obligations, employers must take a more holistic approach to valuing and disclosing not just cash compensation, but the full spectrum of employer-provided pensions and benefits.

Join this workshop to explore how you can prepare for compliance, considering not only your legal obligations but embracing the Directive’s ethos and the implications for pay transparency on a regional and global scale. Attendees will discuss how to quantify the value of benefits and build a compelling business case for pay transparency, as well as having the opportunity to discuss experiences and challenges amongst peers and industry experts.

Discussion areas include:

  • How the EU Pay Transparency Directive can enhance the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and support organizational goals around fairness, equity and retention
  • Taking a global view of pay reporting and transparency and discussing how organizations can create a unified approach that aligns with diverse regulatory environments and cultural expectations
  • Approaches for quantifying the value of global pensions and benefits in line with the EU Directive’s pay equity and transparency requirements and ensuring fair representation of the full reward package
