Pascal has more than 40 years experience in insurance and reinsurance gained with various brokers in the UK, USA and France but also in Risk Management with Eurodisney and Nestlé where he was the general manager of the Group reinsurance captive (recognized by from the World Captive Forum Award of Excellence in 2015).
During his last four years at Nestlé, he designed a strategy based on risk management principles to optimise the funding of insured Employee Benefits which was supported by the Nestlé HR and Procurement teams.
With a legal background, he received certifications all along his career from the insurance institutes of Aix en Provence, London and America, FERMA (Federation of European Risk Management Associations) and the International Employee Benefits Association. He is now an independent expert helping organisations to optimise their insured employee benefits programmes.
