- By segmenting the workforce generationally or by income bracket, relevant financial information can be targeted to employees based on likely financial pressures.
- Providing communications on the current reward and benefits package and reviewing whether the benefits on offer meet employees’ needs, would also be valuable steps to supporting employee financial wellbeing.
