Benifex report: Is it time to quit the generation game in employee benefits?

This research features more than 3,450 interviews with HR and reward professionals and employees in companies across seven global regions.

It examines what different generations want from work, and finds that there are a lot more alignments in what employees of different ages want.

For example, while Gen Z are digital natives, 64% of them only want AI to assist at a surface level of the benefits experience, and 75% of boomers agree. Whereas half of millennials surveyed say they would be comfortable with AI going beyond simple recommendations.
