Davina McCall MBE on how employers should offer better childcare for their workforce

After her keynote interview with REBA's Debi O'Donovan at the Wellbeing Congress on 22 June 2023, we spoke to Davina on camera about the need to support working parents

We asked her about how employers could support working parents more and how that could make a difference that would benefit both employers and employees.
