MetLife report: 2025 Employee Benefit Trends Study
It focuses on the role trust plays in employment relationships and strengthening perceptions of employee care, explaining that it is particularly relevant now because external forces such as macreconomic uncertainty and cultural tensions have many workers looking to their employers as a source of stability.
The survey shows that employees currently trust their employer more than any other institution.
