Origin report: A new benefits era is emerging

Based on insights from 500+ senior HR, Reward and Benefits professionals, this report explores the cost pressures, administrative burden, and data gaps holding teams back.

It finds that 91% say controlling rising benefits costs is a top concern, with a further 87% struggling with outdated systems, rising broker fees, and difficulty managing renewals and data across global programmes.
