Video tutorial: Creating an inclusive and sustainable hybrid culture

The pandemic has affected people in different ways. A lot of people may have found remote working a positive experience, but others report negative impacts of working from home, and are looking forward to coming back into the workplace, says Pippa Andrews, director of corporate business, Vitality Health.

Employers need to think about communication, the way the senior leadership team are working and productivity outcomes. “Covid has inevitably changed the current state of work and future of work forever more. Employers need to set out their expectations and mandates and communicate them to the employees as quickly as possible,” she said.
