Webinar recording: Employee and wellbeing benefits that truly encourage inclusivity and belonging

This webinar, run with strategic partners Headspace, explores the rise of strategies to support employees' whole self in the workplace

This webinar explores the key areas where employers are starting to embrace the ‘whole person’, from increasing workplace support for parents and carers through to groups who can feel excluded from the mainstream, be it by generation, ethnicity, gender, disability, neurodiversity, sexuality and so on. It picks up on key areas of growth in employee benefits and wellbeing offerings that support greater belonging in the workplace.

The panel discuss which wellbeing services and benefits genuinely encourage belonging and why this helps their organisations, as well as the benefits decisions that can (albeit inadvertently) undermine a sense of inclusivity and belonging.

The key issues explored include: why a true sense of belonging is good for business; how employers are using strategies to engender a culture of bringing your whole self to work; how to consider mental, physical, financial and social wellbeing and employee benefits to support different groups and which areas of employee benefits are growing to support this shift in focus; and the pitfalls and friction points to be aware of; keeping HR policies and benefits on offer aligned.

Chaired by REBA’s director Debi O’Donovan, the panel included:

  • Charlie Frost, Benefits & Wellbeing Manager at Schroders
  • Dr Wizdom Powell, Chief Social Impact and Diversity Officer at Headspace
  • Catherine Ritchie, Wellbeing and People Experience Manager at Clifford Chance

REBA webinars are complimentary for everyone working within rewards and benefits, HR, and wellbeing.
