Panel discussion: using better data to create a truly joined up wellbeing strategy

REBA's annual Employee Wellbeing Research consistently shows that employers struggle with data when it comes to wellbeing, yet at the same time they are being told that they need data to put together an effective employee wellbeing strategy.

Here Debi O'Donovan, REBA's co-founder and director, is joined by a panel of leading practitioners to discuss how to balance the data you have with the data you need to drive and inform wellbeing decision making. As well as why having a wellbeing taskforce or wellbeing board is helpful with data, and what good practice looks like.

O'Donovan welcomed Laura Jackson, benefits and wellbeing strategic consultant, formerly at Credit Suisse; Alison Dodd, employee benefits manager at AWE; and Dr Richard Caddis, director of health, safety and wellbeing & chief medical officer at BT.

REBA’s Employee Wellbeing Congress returns on 28 June with a focus on putting wellbeing at the heart of business transformation. View the full agenda and register to attend.
