Report: Global Employee eXperience Report 2019
Key findings
- The majority (91%) of organisations say that employee experience is important, while 28% have a deliberate approach to strategy, measurement and delivery of their employee experience.
- 79% of respondents believe that employee experience has business positive impact, and 42% are effective at connecting employee experience with business strategy.
- However, the majority of organisations are struggling to align the employee experience with HR and business strategy: just 27% identified the lifecycle stages most important to talent strategy; only 31% identified the employee segments for which they want to understand and improve the employee experience; and just 28% feel equipped to create a differentiated employee experience.
The data in this report indicates that many organisations need to close gaps in strategy, measurement and delivery to realize the employee experience they want to create.
