Benifex report: Employee benefits: Metrics that matter

The report focuses on bringing together research from Benifex, customer stories and expert comment to consider what metrics matter for reward professionals.

It finds that over one third of global employers say their top goal is to show the value of benefits all year, not just at annual selection. 

The research also reveals a significant perception gap between what employers think of the employee experience and what workers think. Nearly two thirds (64%) of global employers rate their employee experience as ‘excellent’ but only 20% of employees agree.
