James Spencer of Willis Towers Watson on delivering an engaging wellbeing experience

James Spencer, director, health & benefits GB, and Thomas Lassetter, communications & change management lead associate, both from Willis Towers Watson, presented key wellbeing insights from 40,000 employees during REBA's Employee Wellbeing Congress.

Spencer set out the key priorities which the survey, carried out by Willis Towers Watson in more than 27 countries and included views from 40,000 employees, revealed. These included tackling concerns over financial issues which have arisen particularly since the lockdown, employees' anxieties and worries, and how to enable managers and leaders to support staff with wellbeing issues, especially around mental health.

In addition, the duo set out what these insights suggest about supporting employees in a post COVID-19 world.
