He said the first was around simplicitiy. "It's all about how do we make it really simple for them to do it. The second one is about relevance and personalisation," he said. Companies must remember those three things and leverage the tools they have to deliver on those three points, he said.
He said organisations needed to look at how digital their experience is for the customer and how to digitalise the whole end to end journey whilst also keeping it simple, personal and individualised.
In the future he said that mobile will continue "to be really, really important" and cited the growing impact of machine learning and AI too. "Machine learning and AI will start to have more of a bearing. You will have software and technology helping you to make decisions," he said.
