Report: Educate and engage

Capita’s latest report from its employee insight series tackles two key issues: How do employees want to be communicated with? And, what support and guidance do employees now expect from their employer?

Educate and engage 1

Key findings:

  • Around one in five employees admitted that their financial worries affected their work.
  • Over 75% of employees highlighted at least one thing they would hope to get out of financial education offered by their employer.
  • More than 70% of employees expect their employer to provide guidance on the employee benefits they offer and how appropriate each benefit might be to them and their family.
  • Nearly one-third of 16-34-year-olds want to be communicated with several times a year.

The research report draws from a survey of some 1,800 UK employees.
