Soraya Chamberlain of AXA Health on the gender-related health actions employers are taking

Soraya Chamberlain, director, corporate at AXA Health, shares her insight with REBA's Debi O'Donovan on the actions that employers are taking on gender-related health.

In this video Chamberlain discusses the main business drivers behind employers implementing more support for gender health, ranging from wanting to be an employer of choice, ensuring the right support and benefits are on offer to attract and retain staff, as well as wanting to enhance diversity, equity and inclusion.

She goes on to offer tips to those in HR, wellbeing and reward on how to implement and support gender health in the workplace.

Chamberlain attended REBA’s exclusive Workplace gender health: from fertility to menopause breakfast in association with AXA Health. The event welcomed reward, benefits, wellbeing and diversity, equity and inclusion specialists to discuss workplace gender health, with a particular focus on menopause and fertility.

Read the full round-up from the breakfast event on Menopause and fertility: no longer standalone topics.
