Webinar: The power of a mentally healthy workforce: how your leaders can drive cultural change

In this webinar, the panel share how they work with leaders to create a culture of confidence and psychologically safe working environments.

Events over the last two years have normalised conversations about mental health at work. Most organisations have put in place new (or upgraded existing) strategies to support employee wellbeing with the best intentions. But the truth is, too many employees are still languishing and burnout is still too prevalent.

In this webinar, the panel share how they work with leaders to create a culture of confidence and psychologically safe working environments.

Together they cover: what a psychologically safe workspace and culture looks like; ways to transcend the problem-focussed approach and use positive psychology to improve corporate performance; how to raise awareness around the importance of leadership’s mental health and wellbeing, and give them the support they need; ways to make largescale systematic change around mental health at work; the science that mental health education and training should be based on; and what ISO 45003:2021 means for employers.

Chaired by REBA’s director Debi O’Donovan, the panel included:

  • Stacey Sutton, executive director EMEA benefits, Morgan Stanley
  • Ruth Pott, head of workplace wellbeing, BAM Nuttall
  • Steve Peralta, co-founder, Unmind
