Jennie Armstrong of Tideway on opening up the conversation around men's mental health
The organisation encouraged employees to talk about their mental health experiences and to share these with colleagues. It also engaged with the various sub-contractor employers that it works with to form a mental health working group, this enabled it to build an inclusive mental health strategy.
Tideway has developed a mental health matrix that allows employers that join the group to understand where they are in terms of their mental health strategy and where they could improve.
