Sally Purbrick of Anglian Water on how to support leadership teams to improve D&I in the workplace

Sally Purbrick, head of reward at Anglian Water, outlines how reward teams can support and influence leadership to improve diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Purbrick believes that everyone, across the workforce, has a role to play to influence leadership to truly make a difference to diversity and inclusion.

She goes on to outline the challenge of bringing together inclusion and wellbeing. “We have started collecting some rich data that we can feed to leadership, but we’re very much at the early stage of data collection. What we’re trying to do is to bring the diversity, inclusion and wellbeing agenda together to help influence action.”

Purbrick attended REBA’s exclusive Health and Wellbeing as the New Frontier in the Diversity and Inclusion Discourse breakfast in association with Mercer Marsh Benefits. It brought together employers and industry experts to discuss new approaches to employee wellbeing.
