New version of flagship menopause benefit aims to improve engagement

Peppy was the first menopause benefit in the world and five years since launch we support more than three million employees with their health.

Our flagship menopause service, alongside our fertility, pregnancy and parenthood and specialised men’s and women’s health services, has helped organisations improve their diversity, equity and inclusivity.

Along the way, we’ve added more than 300 enterprise clients, including giants like JP Morgan, British Airways, PwC (to name just a few), and opened an office in New York.
