2021 employee benefits predictions from Mercer’s David Dodd

David Dodd, partner, mid-market leader at Mercer Marsh Benefits, outlines what products and services he thinks will resonate most with employees in 2021.

With the rise in homeworkers, top of his list was the need to replicate workplace benefits in the home, as well as benefits that offer greater personalisation.

Digital solutions, ranging from reward and employee recognition through to healthcare provisions will also be key in the year ahead.
