"We are currently in the golden age of AI, its everywhere from Amazon to Netflix, We are using it everyday," said Gethin Nadin in his presentation at Reba Innovation Day.
He added that although there is a fear that AI will take over human roles, next year it has been predicted that where AI will replace 1.8million jobs, it will generate 2.8million jobs for individuals. He predicts that in the many sectors including reward, AI will be used predominately to handle "menial" jobs.
"AI will start to remove those menial jobs, and this is where you will start to see it in rewards and benefits, it will remove a lot of that heavy liftiing the checking through things the really data heavy stuff," he said.
