Report: Global Human Capital Trends 2016
Key findings
- Only 28% of business leaders believe they understand their culture well, while only 19% believe they have ‘the right culture’.
- 18% don’t formally measure employee engagement, while only 7% measure it on a monthly or more frequent basis.
- More than half expect an increase or significant increase in the use of contingent workers in the next three to five years.
- 72% think digital HR is important or very important. Yet only 9% feel fully ready for it.
The study found four drivers of change: demographic upheaval; technology everywhere and digital everything; speed in the exponential economy; and new social contracts between employer and worker.
