Innovation series: rethinking reward and benefits with Andrew Baillie of Ocado

Baillie explains that, due to Ocado’s rapid transformation from a retail business into a tech-based organisation, it has given them the opportunity to be more creative with their reward strategy. “There’s a need to be innovative and fresh, and really thinking about the employee experience first and foremost, and what that means when coming to Ocado.”
