REBA Thought Leaders: How chatbots will change HR and reward - Keith Williams of Unilever

Chatbots will have a huge impact on the future of HR and reward, according to Keith Williams, global project lead - re-imagine benefits delivery at Unilever.

"Chatbots will change things in a very big way but they are just a channel," he said. However, their ability to revolutionise processes is exciting, according to Williams. "The thing that is fantastic about them is they do it through a conversation rather than something that is quite stunted and involves form filling," he said.

But it means that organisations will have to change how they communicate around HR and reward, he said. "One of the first big changes is that people are going to have to stop thinking in FAQs - they are going to have to move to conversations and bring in creative copywriters," he said.

Williams is speaking at the 2017 REBA Innovation Day taking place on 23 November in London. To hear more from him and other expert speakers, reserve your place today.
