Report: Future risk: Impact of work on health, safety and wellbeing

Bringing together the latest evidence into how work is likely to change in the future, this British Safety Council and Robertson Cooper report looks at what the probable impact will be on people's physical and mental wellbeing and what employers, trade unions, educators and government should do now to prepare for the future.

Research: International Pension Plan Survey 2017

The International Pension Plan Survey is an annual survey of international pension plans (IPPs) and international savings plans (ISPs) conducted by Willis Towers Watson. It examines specific plan design features and membership or eligibility criteria. 

Government papers: Good Work

This publication sets out the government’s response to the Taylor review and its plan of action for taking forward the 53 recommendations.

Research: Fairness, flexibility and affordability

As well as analysing the trends in UK pay and rewards over the past 30 years, this IES paper offers guidance on three areas that reward professionals should consider moving forward: low pay, gender pay and total rewards.

Research: Healthy, Wealthy and Work-Wise

Around 60 per cent of UK employees are financially stressed – 18 per cent of them seriously so – placing Britain above the global average. This research report from Mercer considers the financial health of employees in 12 countries and challenges employers to consider what their obligation is to help tackle this issue.
