Video tutorial: Gallagher's Francis Goss on how to deliver a positive employee experience
In his speech at Reba Innovation Day, Francis Goss said that there are multiple factors that impact the employee experience and that there are many functions and systems in a business that need to work well in order for the experience to be seamless.
However, he added that the two most important factors are people and communication, as these can make or break an employee experience and the reputation of the business
"You need to invest in the people part of your employee experience as much as the communication and technology." he added.
