Arne Hugo of GSK explains why data is key to any successful wellbeing strategy

Arne Hugo, VP head of employee health and wellbeing at GSK, discusses why and how employers should utilise available data when establishing wellbeing strategies.

Arne spoke at Reba's Employee Wellbeing Congress 2020 during a panel featuring BP, Johnson and Johnson, Rolls Royce and GSK to debate the importance of evidence-based wellbeing and why HR, reward and wellbeing practitioners need clinical experts. Unfortunately, due to a technical issue contact with Arne was lost, so here he discusses some more of his insights into health and wellbeing data.

"Data and insights are key to what we do at GSK. It is only by monitoring at an in country and global level that it allows you to continue to develop your programmes, engagement and services for your staff," Arne asserts.
