Have we gone too far with the use of data in HR? This is the question Frost considered in her REBA Innovation Day 2019 presentation. She questioned whether the systems used to analyse HR data have removed the individual focus from organisations.
"Have we gone so far with technology that we have forgotten that the people we work with and for, have their own stories and are not just a number?
"How can we make sure that we are using data as well as we can to analyse and drive things for the business, while keeping it human?" she asked.
