Jennifer Liston Smith of Bright Horizons on the five ways to support working parents

Jennifer Liston Smith head of thought leadership at Bright Horizons discussed the best practice for engaging and support working parents at REBA's Employee Wellbeing Congress.

In a time of ongoing uncertainty, employers can take steps to support parents with back to school and back to work situations to ensure continued loyalty, said Liston Smith.

She gave details of the five best practice areas that will be important in the workplace going forward including hybrid working patterns for most employees, but in particular working parents, providing practical care solutions, coaching and advice, and creating connections in the workplace between employees.
