Munday outlines that the business is keen to ensure that women returning to work after maternity leave feel welcome and supported. And it is also introducing mental health ambassadors to provide manager education and support to employees.
A further area the organisation is focused on is diversity. “We’ve recently engaged with the Business Disability Forum because, as well as wellbeing, we want to put a big emphasis on diversity and inclusion this year and how we attract and retain talent from the disabled community is very important to us,” adds Munday.
